Sinful Shores Hwei

Though usually found deep in the underworld, Hwei was “persuaded” to try brooding on the beach instead. Seeing mortals flee in broad daylight has indeed inspired new ideas for blissful torment. When beachgoers think they're safe in the sun, Hwei blots it out with dark clouds and wrathful waves to dampen their spirits for good.
